By creating an account or using The Grind Grimoire (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Senda Lógica. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
The Grind Grimoire is a habit-tracking web application with an RPG fantasy theme. Users create quests based on real-life habits, earn Ink, fight bosses, explore the Scriptorium, and build a homestead. The App uses AI to evaluate quest difficulty and generate personalized content.

The App uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to evaluate quest difficulty, generate narrator text, and suggest quests. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Senda Lógica is not responsible for AI-generated content and makes no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
Quest titles and descriptions you submit are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
All content, design, artwork, code, and game systems in The Grind Grimoire are the property of Senda Lógica. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
Quest titles and descriptions you create remain your own content. By submitting them, you grant Senda Lógica a limited license to process and display them within the App.
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of data or progress resulting from service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently removes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
The Grind Grimoire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Senda Lógica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
The first 50 accounts created on or after November 3, 2026 and before the App’s public launch on Google Play that qualify as described below, excluding accounts we operate for testing and review (“Founding Tester accounts”), receive at no cost and permanently a set of founder-exclusive cosmetic rewards: a feminine and a masculine portrait for each vocation, a homestead building set, a portrait frame, a title and a Founding Tester badge. Items not yet available will be added to these accounts when released. These rewards will never be offered for sale.
An account qualifies once it has completed its first 14 days and the App has been opened with it on at least 7 different days within that period. Rewards are granted when the account qualifies. Places are filled in the order the accounts were created; an account that does not qualify does not take a place. This condition applies to accounts created on or after November 4, 2026; accounts created on November 3, 2026 receive Founding Tester status without it.
We may also grant Founding Tester status, at our discretion, to people we invite personally to test the App. These accounts receive the same rewards and do not count toward the first 50.
These rewards are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay. They belong to the account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and remain available for as long as the App operates and the account is in good standing. They are offered in recognition of taking part in testing and are never conditioned on leaving a review or rating.
Cosmetics available to an account before the public launch remain available to that account afterwards.
