Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The Grind Grimoire (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Senda Lógica. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Grind Grimoire is a habit-tracking web application with an RPG fantasy theme. Users create quests based on real-life habits, earn Ink, fight bosses, explore the Scriptorium, and build a homestead. The App uses AI to evaluate quest difficulty and generate personalized content.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse game systems is not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its API
• Spam the AI-powered features (quest valuation, suggestions, narrator) beyond normal use
• Submit offensive, harmful, or abusive content through quest titles or descriptions
• Impersonate another user or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to evaluate quest difficulty, generate narrator text, and suggest quests. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Senda Lógica is not responsible for AI-generated content and makes no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

Quest titles and descriptions you submit are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, artwork, code, and game systems in The Grind Grimoire are the property of Senda Lógica. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.

Quest titles and descriptions you create remain your own content. By submitting them, you grant Senda Lógica a limited license to process and display them within the App.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of data or progress resulting from service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently removes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Grind Grimoire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Senda Lógica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
